Koit Academy FAQ
Everything about buying, downloading, reading and refunding a book from this site, in one place. Questions about a specific title — whether the Claude guide is too advanced, what is inside the Google Ads book — are answered on that book's own page, and linked from here rather than repeated.

Buying & Payment
What the checkout is, what it accepts, and what it costs.
How do I pay?
Can I pay by card without a PayPal account?
What currency are prices in, and do I pay VAT or sales tax?
Tax is added on top of the listed price at checkout, so prices here are shown excluding tax. Payhip is the merchant of record and handles it automatically: sales tax in the US and Canada, where it acts as a marketplace facilitator, and VAT on digital products in the UK and the EU. A buyer in a VAT country pays their own local rate above the price on the page, and the exact amount is shown on the Payhip checkout before payment is confirmed rather than appearing on the receipt afterwards. Nothing is collected or remitted by us.
Is checkout secure, and who actually processes the payment?
Can I buy several books at once? Is there a cart?
Do you offer discounts, student pricing or coupon codes?
Can I buy this for my team, or get a licence for several people?

The Books
What is in them, who they assume you are, and which to open first.
Which book should I start with?
What is the difference between the Starter Pack and the full guides?
Are these written by AI?
The honest answer has two halves and only one of them can be stated here without evidence to back it.
The half that can be checked from the files themselves: every prompt printed in every book is a real prompt with a stable number, and you can run any of them in front of you and see whether it does what the page claims. Every detail about a tool — a plan name, a menu path, a usage limit, a character count — was verified against the live product, and each book names the month that happened. Where a book contradicts itself we publish the contradiction rather than the flattering number: the Claude guide's own front matter claims forty-seven chapters, the file contains forty-one, and this site says forty-one everywhere.
Yes, AI was used as a tool in writing these books — it would be strange if it weren't, given the subject. But the structure, the decisions about what goes in and what stays out, and the editing are mine. Every prompt in the book was tested in the tool it describes before it was published, and every detail about how a tool behaves was verified against the real version, not a remembered one. That's the part that matters: not who typed it, but whether what you're reading actually works.
Nothing will be claimed here that cannot be stood behind, least of all on a site whose entire subject is being careful about what a model tells you.
How current are they? Which versions of the tools do they cover?
Do I need a paid ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini subscription?
Do I need any technical or coding background?
How long does each one take to work through?
Are the prompts copy-paste ready?
Do the books overlap? Am I buying the same content twice?
Is the Google Ads book only for professionals?

Questions about one particular book
Every product page carries its own FAQ, written about that book and nothing else — whether it is too basic if you already use the tool daily, what is deliberately left out, how much of it is prompts against method, and whether it is worth the price next to the alternatives. Those answers are not repeated here, because a book-specific question belongs beside the book.

Ask a person
One address, read by the people who write the books. There is no ticket system, no chatbot and no contact form — a form needs spam handling and a backend this site does not have, and it would only email us anyway.
Replies come within 24 hours — the same commitment made onthe refund policy.
Include these two things
- The email address you paid withIt is the only way to find the order — Payhip records the sale against it.
- The exact product nameSeveral titles start with the same two words, and guessing costs a round trip.
For a download that will not open, add the device and the PDF reader you tried. That is usually enough to answer it in the first reply rather than the third.
