Cookie Policy
A short list, because this site sets very little — and none of the tracking kind until you have said yes.

1. Nothing loads until you choose
No analytics or advertising script exists on the page before you accept one.Rejecting means the tags are never requested — not loaded and then anonymised, which is the common dodge and is not what happens here.
When you first arrive, a banner asks. Until you answer, the only thing stored on your device is nothing at all. When you answer, your choice is written to your browser's local storage under koit-consent so the banner does not ask again. That value stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.
Choosing "reject" also clears any analytics or advertising cookies a previous "accept" left behind, so changing your mind actually removes them rather than just stopping new ones.

That is the complete list. There is no session cookie, no login cookie and no shopping-cart cookie, because this site has no sessions, no accounts and no cart. Nothing here is used to build a profile of you or is sold to anyone.
Analytics rows load only with analytics consent; advertising rows only with advertising consent. The two are separate choices — see the next section.
3. Change your choice
Whenever you like, in one click, with no need to email anyone. The button below reopens the consent panel with your current settings, where analytics and advertising can be turned on or off independently.
The consent panel could not be opened — your browser may be blocking scripts on this page. Clearing this site's data in your browser settings resets the choice, or email[email protected] and we will talk you through it.
The same control is in the footer of every page on this site, so you never have to come back here to find it.
4. Blocking cookies in your browser
You do not have to rely on us. Every browser can block or delete cookies itself, and a browser setting overrides anything this site does:
Blocking everything will not break this site. There is no functionality here that depends on a cookie — the pages are static files, the checkout is on another domain, and the only thing you lose is the banner remembering that you already answered it.
5. Cookies set somewhere else
Two places on the buying path are not this site and are not covered by the choice you make here:
- Payhip and PayPal, at checkout. Clicking a buy button takes you to shop.koitacademy.com, which is Payhip. What they set there is governed by their own cookie and privacy policies, linked from our privacy policy.
- Kit, if you submit the free-guide form without an API key configured, in which case the form posts to their hosted endpoint.
We cannot change or clear what another company sets on its own domain. What we can do is name them, which is what section 4 of the privacy policy does.
The rest of the set
Anything unclear in any of these, ask rather than guess:[email protected]. A question answered before a purchase is cheaper for both of us than a dispute after one.
