This refund guarantee is for you if:

• The ebook doesn't match the description or your expectations
• The content doesn't work for your skill level or use case
• You simply changed your mind

We process refunds in good faith because we want you to buy with confidence.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at [email protected] with:
   • Your order number (from your Payhip receipt email)
   • A brief note about why it wasn't right for you (helps us improve)
2. We'll confirm your refund eligibility and reply with next steps
3. You confirm deletion by replying that you've deleted the ebook file from your device
4. We process it through Payhip back to your original payment method (usually 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer)

The 14-Day Window

Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. After that, all ebook sales are final.

What We Ask

Once you've been refunded, please delete the ebook file. The refund is granted in good faith—we trust you to respect that.

What's Not Covered

Refunds are available for genuine dissatisfaction with the product itself. We can't process refunds for:

• Purchases made more than 14 days ago
• Duplicate refund requests for the same order
• Disputes filed directly with your payment provider or bank (contact us first—we'll handle it faster)

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you request a refund through us, please don't also file a dispute with your bank or card company. Doing both can create processing issues and delays. If you have a problem, email us first—we'll sort it quickly and fairly.
