We're a solo-operated educational brand based in Albania. We don't sell your data, and we keep things simple.

On Purchase (via Payhip)

• Payhip handles all payment processing and customer data (name, email, payment info, location). We don't directly store payment information. Payhip's privacy policy governs that data.
• After purchase, we may receive your email from Payhip to:
  • Send you the ebook link and delivery details
  • Add you to our newsletter (with your consent)
  • Respond to refund or support requests

Information We DON'T Collect

• Sensitive personal data (passport numbers, government IDs, health info, etc.)
• More than what's necessary to deliver our ebooks and communicate with you

How We Use Your Information

• Deliver your purchased ebook and send updates about it

• Newsletter subscribers: Kept as long as you're subscribed. After unsubscribing, we retain your email for up to 1 year in case you re-subscribe or open a support ticket
• Google Analytics data: Retained per Google's policy (typically 14 months)
• Support emails: Kept indefinitely for record-keeping and refund disputes
