1. Purchase & Payment

By clicking "Purchase" or completing checkout on Koit Academy, you:

• Confirm you have the authority to make the purchase (you are 18+ or have parental consent)
• Agree to pay the listed price in full
• Authorize the charge to your payment method
• Accept these Terms & Conditions

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Payhip, a third-party payment processor.

• Payhip securely handles your payment information
• Koit Academy does not store or access your credit card details
• By purchasing, you agree to Payhip's payment terms and privacy policy
• Refunds are issued by Payhip back to your original payment method

3. Product Delivery

After successful payment:

• You'll receive a confirmation email from Payhip with your order number
• A second email will contain your ebook download link
• Download links are typically valid for 30 days from purchase
• Downloads are your responsibility; we're not liable for lost or missed downloads

If you don't receive your ebook:

1. Check your spam/junk folder
2. Email us at [email protected] with your order number
3. We'll resend your link within 24-48 hours

4. Digital Product — No Returns (Except Refund Policy)

Ebooks are digital products. Once delivered, they generally cannot be returned, except as covered by our 14-day money-back refund guarantee (see Refund Policy).

No refunds are available for:

• Ebooks purchased more than 14 days ago
• Purchases where you simply changed your mind after day 14
• Duplicate purchases (refund only the duplicate)

5. No Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW:

• Ebooks are sold "as-is"
• We make no warranty that the ebook will be error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose
• We make no warranty about the accuracy, usefulness, or timeliness of the content
• We make no warranty that the ebook will meet your expectations

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a problem with your purchase:

2. Don't file a chargeback with your bank or card company without contacting us first

Why? If you request a refund through us, then also file a chargeback, it creates duplicate requests and processing issues. We're committed to fair resolution.

If you do file a chargeback after we've offered a refund, we may:

• Disable your access to future purchases
• Report the issue to payment networks
• Take legal action to recover our losses

By purchasing an ebook, you acknowledge:

10. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL KOIT ACADEMY BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any damages, losses, or harm from your purchase or use of the ebook
• Lost profits, revenue, business, or data
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Any claims related to the accuracy or usefulness of the content

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the ebook.

This applies even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and Content Disclaimer, make up the entire agreement between you and Koit Academy. No other statements or promises apply.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes arising from your purchase will first be addressed informally via email ([email protected]). If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may pursue arbitration or legal action as permitted by law.
